Now that you have accepted your new position, please contact our Department of Human Resources to schedule a new employee appointment. During your appointment, you will sign your employment contract, and one of our Human Resource Specialists will assist you in processing your New Hire Employment Documents. Prior to your appointment, please complete the documents and additional requirements listed in the righthand column, and then bring them with you to your appointment; appointments usually take approximately twenty minutes. Please be aware that employment may not begin until all documents have been received and processed by Human Resources.

(Please note that you will need to bring two forms of ID, as listed on the 1-9 Form, with you when you arrange your new employee appointment.)

Transcripts: Please provide Human Resources with all official transcripts needed to accurately determine your initial placement on the Licensed Salary Schedule. Please ensure all transcripts are originals as copies may not be accepted.)
Critical Policy Review: Licensed Educators and Administrators
After completing this review, please submit to Human Resources the accompanying Verification of Completion form.
