Cache Valley is experiencing a very tight job market. All industries are facing labor shortages, and our schools are no exception. Due to the difficulty in hiring After School Club (ASC) staff,  we can only open up a limited number of spots at each school. 

ASC is primarily funded through different grant sources. These grants require that we maintain a ratio of at least ten students for every adult, and that the percentage of free and reduced lunch participants is at least 50%. During the Spring session, the available spots will again be limited. Many of our ASC employees are university students and are not back from their winter break when we start ASC. Therefore, it is anticipated that many of you will be added to the waitlist upon your initial application. As we can hire more staff, we will add students from the waitlist.

Fee Scale ( based on household adjusted gross income):

• Annual Adjusted Gross Income: $40,000 -$50,000 = $350 per session

• Annual Adjusted Gross Income: $50,000-$60,000 = $450 per session

• Annual Adjusted Gross Income: $60,000-$70,000 = $550 per session

• Annual Adjusted Gross Income: $70,000 -$80,000 = $650 per session

• Annual Adjusted Gross Income: $80,000 and above = $750 per session

After registering the first child, a discount of 40% will be given for each additional sibling. For students who qualify for free or reduced lunch, there will not be a fee for After School Club.
