Applications are now being accepted for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Instructional Coach/ RTI (Response to Intervention) Strategist for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must hold a valid Utah Educator License and proper endorsement. The Instructional Coach, attaining both content and instructional expertise, will work as a colleague with classroom teachers to support student learning and teacher practice. The Instructional Coach will focus on individual and group professional learning that will expand and refine the understanding about researched-based effective instruction for teachers. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for coaching, and expertise in intervention strategies and data analysis.
