Open Enrollment Options (School Choice)

Submission of applications for those wanting to apply to

attend a school out of their school or district boundaries

begins November 15th and will end on February 6th.

Click HERE for an application on our website. Applications are also available at

each school and at the District Office at

101 West Center Street in Logan.

Please submit applications to the school of your choice,
