Applications are now being accepted for Video Production Teacher for the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program at Logan High School in the Logan City School District for the 2023-2024 school year. In this position, you would teach beginning and advanced Video Production and TV Broadcasting courses. Classroom equipment has been recently updated and modernized. Applicants should be familiar with the use of video and photography cameras and equipment. Should be familiar with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and able to edit with Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of live streaming, and IP audio and video is a plus. Applicants must be willing to work with student crews to film events weekly and produce videos for the school. Should have the ability to adapt and deal with challenging situations and find creative solutions. Teacher should follow the state CTE courses to create rigorous career relevant lessons in order to prepare students for college and career opportunities. The Video Production teaching position at Logan High School is part of the ongoing efforts of the school district to provide coursework in high paying, high demand skill areas. Applicants must hold a valid Utah Educator License with proper endorsement(s).
